RETURN POLICY

According to OG 34/2014 , purchased products can only be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received (with all accessories, intact labels and accompanying documents), within 14 calendar days from receipt, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The customer may request a refund of the product value or replacement with a compliant one. If SC ADSPRO ART SRL cannot replace the product with a compliant one, the product value will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product. The amount returned does not include the initial shipping costs.

Any defects in the products can be reported within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the package. Thus, the returned products must be in new condition, unworn and without defects.

Our return policy for the online store is structured as follows:

Product return

After completing the return form, you will be contacted by the courier to hand over the package. For the return process of a product, a fee of 19 RON will be applied, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to your account.

Size/product change

It is not possible to directly replace one product with another. Thus, the size/product exchange procedure will involve a fee of 38 RON (19 RON for return and 19 RON for reshipment) and will be carried out in two stages, as follows:

  1. product return - the product will be received and checked to ensure that it meets all the conditions* of eligibility for return;
  2. shipping the new product - as soon as the product has been checked, the new product will be shipped

Terms and conditions for returning products

To ensure our customers' satisfaction, we accept returns of products within 14 days of receiving them, under the following conditions* :

  • Returned products must be in new condition, unworn and without defects .
  • We do not accept returns for products that show traces of deodorant, foundation or other signs of use. It is important that returned products are in the same condition in which they were delivered.
  • Products must have their labels attached and be returned in their original packaging.

If the returned products do not meet one or more of the conditions specified above, the following penalties will be imposed:

    • 100% of the product value for products with stains, odors and visible traces of use (in which case the product is returned to the customer, and the customer will have to pay the additional shipping fee of 19 RON)
    • 50% of the product value for products that do not have labels and are not returned in their original packaging, but which do not show signs of wear

If you have difficulty completing the return form, send an email to contact@flyfit.ro containing the product data, customer identification data and the reason for withdrawal.

Definition of sales contract ( art. 2, 5. ): any contract under which the professional transfers or undertakes to transfer ownership of products to the consumer, and the consumer pays or undertakes to pay the price thereof, including any contract that has as its object both products and services.
The conclusion of the contract takes place at the time of issuing the tax invoice and not when the order is launched or the automatic confirmation of receipt is issued.
Art. 12 states that the exercise of the right of withdrawal terminates the obligations of the contractual parties. The law allows the right of return only for natural persons. The consumer is only liable for the diminution in value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. According to Directive 2011/83/EU, in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do so in a physical shop; for example, the consumer should only try on an item of clothing, not wear it.

Product Warranty

All goods sold by Adspro Art Srl benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. The goods are new, in original packaging and come directly from the manufacturer or from sources authorized by each manufacturer.
